Since 2007, I've owned and maintained a personal blog named The Corner Booth.
I chose this original blog name because that's where the best coffee came from a bottomless pot, along with hours of endless conversation.
This was where, in my younger formative years, I spent time in a corner booth at an open-all-day-and-night place. It's where stories could be shared, souls could be searched, and written ramblings often emerged on white paper napkins.
Conversation centered on politics, writing, life, love... and everything in between. When I was alone, I mulled these topics in my own head and met interesting characters. When I wasn't alone, the conversations flowed freely with whomever was across the table.
The Corner Booth was where we grew up, telling our tales and learning what stories the world could tell us about who we were and who we'd become. We all have the power to change the world, one corner at a time.
This blog became my little online corner booth where I can share my own observations and experiences... and just maybe help connect some of those other corners scattered across the globe.
Today, that foundational belief in storytelling (aka Coffee & Conversation) has evolved into MW Hoskins Media. This is my modern digital corner booth, where I continue connecting communities, shaping brand narratives, and amplifying my lifetime career of editorial and media strategy.
